In a 1936 bungalow shaded by bougainvillea, Ash and Vine is a restaurant built by a group of friends who came up in the industry, sharpened their skills around the world and brought it all back to Palm Springs.
We met in kitchens and dining rooms, working long hours and sharing big ideas about what dining could feel like; personal, inspired and unpretentious. Our travels and experiences shaped the way we cook: thoughtful food with global perspective, rooted in seasonality and always full of flavor.
